Return Process

Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Securely pack your HITWAY product in its original box, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our warehouse.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
